Viktor Blom entered the final table of the Omaha Hi-Lo Championship as the chip leader, with Daniel Negreanu in third place, but Ryan Bambrick outlasted them all.

This is the best result and the second bracelet in the career of the American limit games regular.
– It was incredibly cool to beat both Negreanu and Isildur at the final table. I can’t even believe it. Of course, everyone was rooting for Daniel, but that didn’t bother me too much, I had a couple of loyal fans on my side too.
Negreanu, who finished second, noted in his post-tournament vlog that Ryan played very well, but he was playing even better, and such a combo was impossible to beat. This is Daniel's 11th bracelet heads-up loss. Among WSOP bracelet winners, he has by far the worst win percentage.

Midway through the tournament, Daniel came to a new table just as Phil Ivey was eliminated .

– You played this hand? You're supposed to be a professional.
– You put the evil eye on me.
– I made you go all in with Tc96c2c? Good luck in the next tournament, buddy.
Before the start of Day 2, Daniel taught Phil how to use the WSOP+ app.
– He had absolutely no idea.
One of a kind this Ivey.

Phenom Poker ambassador Viktor Blom, who has a bracelet bet on this series, had to settle for fourth place.

The final table was broadcast to 30,000 viewers.

Yousef Fox Wins Event #11 – $10,000 Mystery Bounty

The tournament had 616 registered participants, significantly fewer than in 2024 (965). So far, this is the only tournament that has seen such a sharp decline .

There were 93 prize places in the tournament, with bounties available from the very start of Day 2 (top 130).
The most valuable envelope of $250k was not pulled out until the final table, when the eventual winner Fox knocked out Patrick Kennedy in 5th place.
Yosef's son Jorden won a bracelet in 2019 in a $1,000 tournament. Back then, his father watched proudly from the stands as his son's success unfolded. Now, the tables have turned, with Jorden driving all night to Vegas to make the final table. He arrived at the casino 20 minutes before play began.
7th place went to 2009 World Champion Joe Cada.
Mike Monchek was eliminated 12th, but pulled out $100k from the envelope. He also managed to play at the same table with his brother.

He posted the photo with the hashtag "#don't tell mom"
Unique ICM Pressure for Daniel Strelitz in Mystery Bounty Event
In the very first $1,000 Mystery Bounty tournament, all the top bounties were played out long before the final table.
However, for Daniel Strelitz, the final table still came with a lot of extra ICM pressure. He entered the Gold Rush Ticket promotion, which was organized by the ClubWPT Gold room. Holders of these tickets have a chance to win a $1 million bonus if they win one of nine events at the World Series. Their list is pre-set, the Mystery Bounty was among them. In the end, Strelitz took 3rd place out of 19,654 ($429,950).

– At the beginning of the final table, I didn’t tell my opponents anything, because this information could affect their perception of my game. But when there were four of us left, I found myself in an ICM coffin and confessed to one of my neighbors. However, given how I was dealt, all this turned out to be completely unimportant. I would have been eliminated in 3rd place anyway. Of course, I thought about a deal, but the WSOP does not authorize such deals, so it is difficult and risky to negotiate with players you don’t know personally. Besides, it seemed unethical to me.
The winner was Michael Wilkow ($1,000,000).

Event #12 – $1,500 NL 2-7 – won by Brad Reuben ($138,080).

This is his third live bracelet since 2021 (he won the previous two in razz and Dealer's Choice), and he earned two more online.
– I win tournaments where the players don’t have much experience, I think it’s because of my playing. I’m also doing well, I have 5 wins out of 5 in bracelet heads-ups, obviously I’m very lucky.
Second place went to Reuben's friend Han Liu, who had never played NL 2-7 tournaments before.
Benny Glaser became the First Two-Time Champion of the Series
He won two tournaments in a row. On Sunday, Benny became the champion in the Dealer's Choice for $1,500, on Monday he registered for Event #15 (mixed Omaha Hi-Lo) and again took 1st place ($258,193).

– I will probably add one or two tournaments to my schedule. For example, the $100k PLO was in doubt, now I will most likely play. I will take a couple of days off to better prepare for the rest of the series and not lower the bar.
After one of the heads-up hands, Glaser was sure he was beaten. In the Big O on the flop Travis Person, who was leading at the time, bet the pot, Benny went into deep thought and announced all-in, his opponent made a quick call with , Glaser opened .
Thorn , river .
Benny's low draw missed, and he thought his opponent had scooped. Benny stood up to shake hands and congratulate Person on his championship. He didn't notice that he had hit second pair on the river.
Third place went to David Shmuel, who also had a bracelet at this series (he won the Limit Omaha Hi-Lo event).

Event #14 – A $25k PLO/NLH Mix
The winner was Omaha specialist Lou Garza ($1,302,233, he won the $10k PLO Championship in 2023).

Heads-up loser Ben Lamb wrote a philosophical post after his elimination , musing that it was unpleasant to be eliminated in 2nd place after a confident lead in heads-up, but, on the other hand, he could have missed the final table altogether and been eliminated in 15th place.
At the 30k/60k level, Ben had 115k left, the top 5 already held 66% of the tournament's chips, and he started heads-up with an advantage of 96 blinds to 27.
– Great playing by “Sweet Lou”. Definitely a consolation in losing to someone I like so much.
After the tournament, Lamb spent the entire night at a bar and delighted readers with photos of himself drinking various alcoholic beverages. He eventually came to the conclusion that it would be better to skip the next tournament:

– We've reached the point of ski shots; it looks like the $1,500 Badugi will go ahead without my participation.
