We are looking for a customer success manager who will communicate with players.
What you will do:
— Communicate with players in chat;
— Build long-term relationships with players and help them get the most out of the product;
— Quickly resolve issues and provide guidance on poker products;
— Gather market and competitor information;
— Manage the contact database in CRM.
👉 What we’re looking for:
— Strong written communication, people skills, and logical thinking;
— Experience playing poker (market knowledge is a plus);
— Experience in sales or online sales is a plus;
— Responsibility and a results-driven mindset;
— English at B2 level or Spanish.
