We are looking for a customer success manager who will communicate with players.

What you will do:
— Communicate with players in chat;
— Promptly resolve issues and provide consultations about poker rooms;
— Collect market information and be willing to dive into all the nuances;
— Work with the contact database and record-keeping system.

👉 Requirements:
— Strong written communication skills, sociability, and logical thinking;
— Poker playing experience; love for poker and understanding of the poker market will be and advantage;
— Sales experience will be an advantage;
— Responsibility and a results-oriented mindset.
