The winner of the last GG Millions RealOA received help from GG Ambassador Ren "Lady Gaga" Lin during the final table.
Ghosting was revealed by Japanese amateur player Buzzcut, who placed third in the same tournament. Ren Lin apologized in a private conversation with him, saying that "90% of the finalists would have done the same, and it's a completely normal and common occurrence in the community," and promised never to do it again.
RealOA was playing the tournament for the first time, before that he had about $6k in prize money.

Details and numerous screenshots with evidence can be found on the Telegram channel of Vladimir Minko, who took fourth place in this tournament.
"There’s potential violation of GGPoker’s SEP (**Security & Ecology Policy**) during the 2025/10/14 GG Millions Final Table. The champion, GG user “RealOA” shared his screen with other players (including but not limited to Tony Lin) during final table, and got real-time advice from other players to gain unfair advantage over other Final Table players and shipped the tournament."

Ossi Ketola has moved his heads-up action online and is playing against Viktor Malinovsky.
"blud just took the lesson and smashed his phone after losing a $3m+ pot😭😭," Ossi tweeted.

Following another session, Ossi announced that he had won $3.86 million from Victor.
The PGT PLO Series kicked off in Las Vegas. Jesse Lonis won the first $5,100 buy-in tournament for $175,000.

He says, he made even more money on side bets :
– Was a sick one to win, had a 50k must win side bet with 5 others. Made the dynamic and decisions completely different! 🦍
The second tournament was won by Alex Foxen ($177,000).

In the third, Erik Seidel became the champion ($171,500).

WSOP Europe will move to Prague in 2026 and change its dates – the next series will take place in April.

Rozvadov, where the series has been held in recent years, has become increasingly irritating to the regulars.
"From all the places in Europe how the fuck you end up organizing the WSOPE in Rozvadov. Over and over.
Even if you win you don’t want to go back there.
That place is bad for poker. Bad for the soul.
I hope they found a location one day because I would like to play that main."
"Never been, never wanted to go, never will," Beriuzy replied in the comments. "Comments like yours always help, thanks for spreading the word. Stop supporting places that don't care about the players."
"I think they're moving to Prague next year?" Jans Arends shared the then-unconfirmed rumors.
"I've heard that too," Mustafa confirmed, "but I don't think it'll change much. Any place where it's hard to get through to the flor to complain about Kabrkhel seems questionable to me..."
"For me, this is one of the best poker stops," Shaun Deeb disagreed. "Lots of action, nothing to distract you from the game. The perfect place. And yes, I thought so even before I won my last bracelet."
A couple of weeks ago, Sean won his 8th bracelet in Rozvadov in a 38-entry €25,000 tournament.
The notorious Martin Kabrhel also emerged as the strongest player in the €10,000 buy-in PLO Mystery Bounty at the same series .
This is the Czech player's fifth bracelet.

Seth Davis continues his nostalgia on Twitter about the old Full Tilt & PokerStars tournaments:

"Remember lilholdem's incredible stats?" Adam Levy reminded him. "Was #1 then like #34 back to back years"
– Gboro’s was insane. I remember him having a 100% ROI and the highest stakes MTTs

October 11th has already been dubbed "Black Saturday" in the crypto world.
User jconorgrogan analyzed the losses suffered by those affected by the Hyperliquid exchange:
"I counted 1010 traders that are down $100k+ today and 206 traders that are down $1M+ today on Hyperliquid
358 of those accounts lost everything and have ~0 balance, including one person who lost all $19M+ in their account"

"The guy down 59M is pretty notable there," commentators noted.
– Yeah he has a bankroll to run it back though :)
– He said he had like 100M few weeks ago..
However, Jason Mo has no sympathy for the bankrupt traders :
"If you lost everything, you are stupid and it's your fault. Enough with the mental health session on this app like its a larp community therapy session.... thanks for playing go find a job, gg no re."
Patrick Leonard also remembers the old days:
"Who remembers the old PokerStars no blind increase 200bb starting stack SNGs? People made a living from others misclick regging and then max tanking every single hand. People ended up openjamming every hand or just closing the SNG. It was the ultimate print, just needed patience."
A couple of years ago we described the history of these tournaments in detail.
Read Read"Also there was the guy who exclusively played HU Limit o8 SNGs, almost all his opponents thought they were regging PLO," wrote Steve O'Dwyer. "His graph was insane over a giant sample."
– This?

– Yes, it is him.
Hayley Hannah caused a parking lot traffic jam:
"Sorry to everyone who was stuck behind me in encore parking garage last night after bagging. I went through the five stages of grief when I realized I forgot to validate my parking ticket and arguing with the ticket guy for eternity to still have to pay the $25 lmao"
"If you say you lost everything at the casino and don't have a cent left, they'll be forced to let you in," Chris Hunichen suggested.
"How often do you use this?" David Yang asked.
– Ha-ha, I haven’t had to yet, but my friends who have tried it have had 100% success.
Shaun Deeb answered several questions from his Twitter followers.
"On train next few hours been a while since I did an AMA.
– How do you want to be remembered in the community?
– Hardest grinder best overall player one of those who gave more to the game than they took out.
– If we ban share swaps, what percentage of winning players will remain that way?
– 100%
– What would you choose – a $50k freeroll against Kassouf or sitting with Daniel’s dogs for $50?
– I'd rather enjoy a free $50k if I can find something to plug my ears with.
– Have you ever regretted taking your money and not playing the tournament after winning a satellite to One Drop?
– I regretted it a hundred times already on the morning of the tournament, because while I was sleeping, more shares were sold than I wanted.
– If you had to play only one format of poker for the rest of your life, what would you choose?
– For fun, badusi or captain ( Ed. – A variation of dromacha in which the player on the button has the option to buy a sixth card before the draw for a cap of 10 big bets. Limping is prohibited; cap or fold ). For money, PLO.
FernandoCosta, who exposed the suspected bot ring on GG, reported on 2+2 that some progress has been made.
Read Read– A little update guys, from the list of bots, these haven't been playing for at least a week now, i think these maybe got banned :
- Type 1 : 13Stramina13 , 996Gambler , frukywka , LetMeLoveYou , Kharaa7 , KevalNA (all of then)
- Indefinite Types : TaraRaiser , Jeniamo , GalizianStyle , leatherbutt
Well, its something, but, unfortunately i already saw some new accounts showing up, that might be bots as well, they are creating more profiles, with different stats, lets wait an see if GG will implement the stuff i told then to, this would prevent new accounts to be profitable, well, thanks for the help for those who sent an email, we got rid of 10 accounts at least.
Now slugant (another 2+2 user) will say that its not uncommon for 10 accounts to get reported and then decide to stop playing at the same time, they aren't bots, just decided to stop playing at the same time slugant hahaha.
In the same thread, the metrics for six accounts from the first category were posted, and they really do match up a fair amount.

The PLO cash game championship has started at CoinPoker.
At the end of the first week, venividi1993 is in the lead.

Points are awarded based on EVbb at limits from $2/$5 to $10/$20.
VeniVidi posts daily reports on Twitter .
– Day 8 CGWG: +$1,316 (EV +$2,259)
Total: +$62,870 (EV +$80,629)
Hands played: 16,632
I almost got it to $100k in EV before things started to crash down. This graph reflects two days of grinding, one winning big and the other one the inevitable losing session. Now the real works is starting, my competitors are getting closer in terms of points and the real battle is starting.
The next 7 days will be grinding days if the action allows me to grind. It's going to have a big impact on the odds of me taking down this challenge. Play well and run well for the next 7 days and I put myself in contention, if I lose focus here and run bad my opponents will eat me alive. MTT stream on sunday and Cash game stream on monday, stay tuned!
The challenge ends November 2nd, and the winner will receive a $15,000 Rolex watch.
Reddit users are recalling exactly where players' weaknesses manifested themselves at the peak of the poker boom.
Most popular posts:
– In those wonderful days, the Excalibur Hotel offered daily Hold'em lessons. Immediately afterward, a $50 super-turbo tournament would begin, attracting 10-20 players who hadn't even known the rules before. Some of them even went on to play cash games afterward.
I've been playing since the Moneymaker days. Back then, 4bb opens were the standard. Range balancing was unheard of, so people simply opened with the top 10% of hands. Poker coaches advised not to pay attention to suits preflop, as the chances of hitting a flush were too slim anyway. The field, overall, played very tight and passively, so those who first mastered LAG and TAG made money.
"In the mid-2000s, our little backwater used to have a weekly freeroll with 15 nits playing at $4/$8 limit games. One guy was the first to figure out continuation bets and bluffs on the river and was just printing money. Then 21-year-old me showed up with a cool new move called the check-raise. I reigned supreme in that tournament for a few years."
