HOW CAN I EARN LEADERBOARD POINTS?
In the KKPoker Lobby, all MTTs eligible for players to win LB points will be marked ‘Leaderboard’ or “LB”
If you’re hunting points for the leaderboard, make sure you look out for this badge before registering tournaments!
HOW ARE LEADERBOARD POINTS CALCULATED AND DISTRIBUTED?
LB points are calculated using the below formula:
Points = f * sqrt (prize pool / k)
‘k’ refers to the actual finishing place
‘f’ varies depending on the final place:
f = 2.0 (1st place)
f = 1.0 (in the money)
f = 0 (all other finishing places)
For example:
You rank 4th in a USD 1,600 prize pool LB MTT.
f=1, prize pool = 1,600, k=1
Calculation: 1*sqrt(1,600/4) = 20.0 Points
