I strongly advise against this fly-by-night operation.
I registered via Gypsy, completed verification, and made my first deposit a week ago. The first-deposit bonus still hasn’t been credited for some unknown reason. Gypsy support (which had always handled issues with the rooms promptly and professionally before) has been fobbing me off for a week with stock phrases like "We’re looking into it" and "It looks like there was a technical error." I get that it might take a couple of days to check things out, contact managers, and so on, but a week is way too long in my opinion.
What else was unpleasantly surprising about this room:
1. Verification took 2 weeks, during which there was constant back-and-forth with Gypsy support, who kept passing the buck to the room managers. Meanwhile, all my documents were in perfect order. Perhaps the only reasonable request was to provide a recent bank statement, since mine was already over 3 months old. Otherwise, I sent the docs and heard nothing. The cherry on top: Gypsy support writes that the room managers reported my account had passed verification, but then I get an email from the room saying the documents failed verification due to poor photo quality. I’ll emphasize again that with these exact same documents, I’ve successfully passed verification at three other rooms over the last 6 months, taking anywhere from 1 to 3 days. But here, it’s been two weeks of back-and-forth.
2. The deposit was credited to my account in half an hour. It’s kind of a minor issue, but sometimes during a session you really need to deposit right away, and here you have to wait.
3. The software is weak, as expected; it’s annoying that in the bet boxes there’s no option to raise by x times post-flop. You have to keep clicking until you get to the right size.
