From May 3 to June 2, CoinPoker will host the massive World Poker Masters tournament festival: the largest prize pool in the poker room's history, $25,000,000, will be awarded over the month.
The schedule features over 700 Hold'em and Omaha tournaments with buy-ins starting from $1.1, divided into two categories: Low and High.
The main tournament for $2,500,000 will be a two-day event with the final on June 1 at 17:30 GMT. Starting days with a $530 buy-in run on Sundays at the same time, the largest stack advances.
There will also be a mini-version for $55, with a prize pool of $500,000. The structure is similar: flights every day at 16:30 GMT, the final — June 1 at the same time.
Key stages of the series:
- From April 26 to May 2. Warm-up part — daily satellites and tournaments with small buy-ins and tickets to WPM.
- From May 10 to May 25. Gold Weeks & High Roller stage with high buy-ins and a daily gold Bitcoin coin giveaway, except Fridays. The key tournament will be the two-day CoinMasters High Roller with a $1,000,000 guarantee (Day 1 — May 10, 17 and 24, Day 2 — May 25), a ticket will cost $5,200.
59 tournaments of the series will be trophy events (marked in the schedule): for a victory, a special cup will be awarded in the Trophy Cabinet section of the client, which displays all the player's achievements in major CoinPoker series.
Leaderboards
$500,000 will be awarded in the series leaderboards:
Two main weekly leaderboards with a total guarantee of $425,000, divided by buy-in level: Low ($15-$88) and High ($109-$530). The qualifying period runs from 00:00 GMT Sunday to 23:59 GMT Saturday. Points are calculated using the formula 10*[√number of entries / √finishing position]*[1+log(buy-in+0.25)].
