SpinBet review: registration, promotions, deposit methods, software, and other information about the crypto room

In recent years, online poker has seen a boom in crypto rooms. Phenom Poker, Stake, VangPoker, Ton Poker, Betplay, MTT Sports, BC Poker, BasePoker — that’s just a partial list of newcomers. In this SpinBet review, we take a closer look at another debutant.

General information

There are two companies operating under the SpinBet banner simultaneously. Generic search often surfaces the SpinBet Casino site first. The casino is owned by Pretense Flip N.V., and there’s no poker on the website. To get to the correct poker portal, type “spin.bet” into your browser. The brand is owned by Humble Interactive Services N.V., operating under a Costa Rica license. The similar color schemes don’t help; the easiest way to tell them apart is the logo — the poker site uses a white-and-blue mark.

The poker room launched in summer 2022 and is part of the Hybrid Poker Network. You can deposit and withdraw exclusively in crypto; traditional payment methods are not supported. The client runs in the browser. Under the hood, the poker stack uses Cubeia poker technology.

What you can play on SpinBet

As of October 2025, the room offers only No-Limit Hold’em tournaments. You won’t find MTTs in other poker variants or any cash games in the lobby. Across the day, the poker room runs roughly 10–15 tournaments. Formats include Freezeout, Satellite, PKO, and Re-entries. The largest regular MTT awards $200. Most events run with overlays. For example, an $5.50 MTT with a $200 GTD drew 13 players.

The poker room runs two freerolls daily. Some free events require a specific achievement. For instance, the $300 GTD freeroll is open to players with VIP Grinder status, awarded for playing 20 Spin & Go tournaments. In some freerolls, the room awards tournament tickets. Occasionally the brand runs bigger free events: in September 2025, there was a $1,000 freeroll; the top ten also received $55 tickets.

From time to time the crypto room stages tournament series with modest guarantees. For example, October 6 – November 2, 2025, the Mystery Drop Series ran with $29,000 total; the Main Event had a $5,000 guarantee and a $55 buy-in. Other series don’t shoot for the moon either: the Knockout Series 2024 paid out $20,000, and Crazy Hold’em Series at the start of 2025 totaled $18,000.

Spin & Go tournaments live on a dedicated tab. Available buy-ins: $1, $5, $10, and $25. The cheapest tier advertises top prizes up to $50,000; the highest tier caps at $500,000. Interest in Spins is modest — games can take 30–40 minutes to launch.

Promotions

Bonuses aren’t a strong suit of the room. There’s no separate poker welcome offer. SpinBet Casino advertises a 100% bonus up to 0.02 BTC. At the time of writing, 0.02 BTC ≈ $2,167. To clear the full amount, you must wager the deposit 35× within 30 days. There is no poker promo code, and there is no poker bonus; unfortunately, if you use our affiliate link, you’ll still meet standard promo terms.

Every week the room runs a Spins leaderboard with $500 in prizes. The Top 20 are paid: $100 for 1st, $75 for 2nd, $60 for 3rd, etc. The rules are original — standings are prize-based, not rake-based. Example: if a player wins 10 Spin & Go tournaments for $10 with a 2× multiplier, they receive 200 points.

Freerolls also fall under promotions. Regular free events don’t boast huge guarantees; the biggest recurring freeroll carries $300. Larger prize pools appear in series-opening freerolls. For example, before the Sigma Poker Tour, the site ran a $1,000 free MTT. SpinBet Casino may also highlight festival-specific offers on the casino side; the poker room itself does not require any promo code. 

How to open an account

Creating an account takes a couple of minutes. The crypto room doesn’t ask you to fill out a long personal form. The process looks like this:

1. Go to the SpinBet website.
2. Click Sign Up.
3. Enter your email and password. The site requires a password that (1) is at least 8 characters long; (2) includes uppercase and lowercase letters; (3) includes a number.
4. Accept the site rules.
5. Open the verification email and copy the verification code.
6. Paste the code on the site and click Verify email.

On first launch, the SpinBet client will ask you to choose your preferred cryptocurrency and create a nickname. Pick what suits you best. Nicknames can be 3 to 25 characters long.

How to make a deposit

You can only fund your balance with cryptocurrencies. Traditional payment methods aren’t supported. The room has stated plans to add a fiat on-ramp for buying crypto. You can fund your SpinBet account with 11 cryptocurrencies:

There are no fixed minimum or maximum limits. Transactions take a few minutes. The room doesn’t charge a fee.

Software

SpinBet runs on Cubeia Poker. You play in the browser — the room has no standalone desktop or mobile clients. The app leaves mixed impressions. Navigation takes criticism. For example, opening a tournament lobby doesn’t always return smoothly to the main list; the browser’s back arrow can kick you to the homepage, and clicking the “door” icon logs you out. Sometimes the site hangs on an endless loading screen. There is no native mobile app; the web app is mobile-responsive. The back end is powered by Cubeia poker.

On the plus side, the design is clean and distraction-free.

The list of settings is short. You can change:

• Sound. Toggle card, chip, and notification sounds.
• Gameplay. Enable a four-color deck, display stacks in BB, and set bet presets for preflop and postflop.
• Table look. Choose from 3 table themes; hide distracting elements such as chat, emojis, and animations.
• Avatars. There are 48 default avatars, and you can also turn avatars off.

The software supports multi-tabling. Your second and subsequent tables open in new browser tabs.

Advantages and disadvantages
