The Platform’s Rake System

TigerGaming uses a Weighted Contributed rake model, which means that in cash games, rake is allocated proportionally based on each player’s contribution to the pot. This favors active players: the more you put in, the more you can potentially get back via promotions.

TigerGaming uses a fixed rake structure based on the stake level and how many players are dealt in. In regular cash games, rake is only taken from pots that see a flop (and uncalled money isn’t raked). The rake %/cap table below assumes full-ring (7+ players) on regular cash tables. On 2–6-max, micro-stakes use a lower %.

Most common tournament buy-ins: $0.55, $22, $109, $215. Average tournament fees are 10% at lower buy-ins, and 9% or 7.5% at higher ones.

Fees in most Sit & Gos are 8%. Exception: the lowest $1.50 buy-in, which has a 12% fee. In Windfalls, the fee is 7%.

For every 5,000 Comp Points you get $10, there are 30 days to clear it (anything not cleared within that window is forfeited). To receive the bonus, you must email support with NEWTG in the subject line and your username in the message body (crediting can take up to 48 hours).

Play & Win Leaderboards (races and rankings)

TigerGaming also runs recurring leaderboards inside My Missions/Contests, paying prizes as cash, game bonuses, or tournament tickets. In general, the lineup includes:

• Weekly Cash Game Leaderboard (Hold’em and Omaha), with weekly payouts for top finishers;
• Boost Fast-Fold Leaderboards, with three daily races (each in an 8-hour window);

What Can You Play?

Traffic peaks in the evening/night UTC. During that window, most of the field is made up of U.S. and Canadian players. The lobby info panel usually shows 2,200 players online at 01:00 UTC. During the day, traffic is about half that.

• Sit-and-Go: 6- or 8-handed tables. Buy-ins from $1.50 to $60. 3- or 5-minute levels. At least half of the SNGs are knockout formats.
• Windfalls: 3-player single-table tournaments. Blinds go up every three minutes. Buy-ins from $3 to $50.
